GF Technologies does encourage all new clients to consider purchasing a block of hours from us to help you determine if we are the right fit for your technology needs.
We are currently offering a 25 hour block of time for $1625.00. These hours can be used in any manner you would see the best fit for from virus removal to designing your complete website or any of our services we provide. We feel like this would give you a great idea on the quality in our technical support before you sign any annual contracts, but we are positive you will want to after your 25 hours are used up.
With our computer support, we provide all of your IT support needs. By signing up as a monthly or annually billed client, you will get huge discounts on our services. We can provide hourly service as well. Our pricing is based on the number of computers your small business has. If you pay annually you will also get a 10% discount.
Hourly Rate: $65.00
1-10: $699 per PC Annually
11-25: $599 per PC Annually
25 or More: Call or Email Us
All of our contract clients, whether they are on monthly billing or annual billing, get monthly service on on all of their computers. This includes Spyware scan and removal, Virus scan and removal, hard drive check, hard drive defrag, and overall computer checks. Our monthly maintenance takes approximately 2 hours each month per computer, this would equal $2,040.00 per year per pc if paid hourly. By providing this for your computers, we should not have to repair your computers very often but that is also covered in the contract, if the need should arise due to dead hard drives or any other reason, even if it is a 4 hour complete rebuild of your computer. You will not be billed for any services rendered by outsourcing to us. The contract only covers labor so any parts required to repair your computers will be an additional charge. All parts and labor are cover for computers that are leased from GF Technologies. As you can see, by becoming a monthly or annual client of ours you will see a huge savings in your IT costs.
Our Network Support pricing greatly depends on the size of network and all components attached to the network. We will be happy to look at your network and give you a monthly or annual price.
